The Riverton Arts Council

Over 30 years ago, a group of  talented Riverton citizens joined together to create the Riverton Arts Council--a community-based arts council committed to providing quality family entertainment for  friends and neighbors while also educating and building our youth. Our mission hasn't changed in two decades, and today we remain just as dedicated to producing inspiring, quality entertainment.
We'd love to have you join us! Whether you're in the audience, behind the curtains, or in the spotlight, your experience with the Riverton Arts Council is sure to be memorable!

Riverton Arts Council Mission Statement

The Riverton Arts Council exists to provide quality multidiscipline, art-oriented experiences that enrich our community, entertain our patrons, provide opportunities for local artisans and volunteers to develop and exhibit their craft, and encourage participants, especially youth, to learn, refine, and confidently showcase the performing arts.

Our mission statement comes alive as we produce two to three shows every year: one children's musical, open to youth aged 8-18; one community musical, open to anyone aged 14 and older; and one stage comedy or drama.

We rely heavily on the many volunteers who give of their time, talents, and resources to make each production a reality. Click here if you're interested in finding out more about volunteering. We are also always deeply grateful for financial donations as well; your tax-deductible gift makes it possible for us to continue our commitment to the arts and our community. Click here if you're interested in donating.
